pendidikan moral
pengajian am
(fajar bakti, m/s29)
Hak Asasi Atau Kebebasan Asasi
Kebebasan asasi seseorang diperuntukkan dalam Bahagian 2, Perlembagaan Persekutuan
(fajar bakti, m/s31)
(a) Melindungi diri daripada pencabulan hak asasi manusia
和RM1(束发圈的颜色不符合校规,所以该学生被逼购买黑色/白色的束发圈)

readers must be wondering what is this all about
I only want to state out those knowledge that we've learnt in secondary school to support my point of view
all these facts above are related to justice and rights
as a prefect, i was called out for a "meeting" in the middle of the lesson
i'm so naive that i believed that was a "meeting"
the truth is, spotcheck
after all the prefects gather in prefects room,
we were divided to 3 groups to carry out out duty
i successfully found 3 liquid paper and sold 1 scrunchy
when we(prefects) were about to leave that classroom,
a student asked another prefect about my scrunchy
she asked wether my scrunchy is allow to use in school
although i only came to this school in may06
i tried(99%) to follow all the rules
besides there are a lot of students in this school use this type of scrunchy
so i don't see what's the point there
nak cari pasal kah?
1345912122.jpg">width="192" height="144" alt=""">" />
when i was checking other classes,
at the meantime,
my class has been checking by other prefects too
recess started
recess ended
my class has to check for the second time?!
why my class got "special treatment"?!
maybe my class got 7 prefects
or they think our class got some leftover illegal stuff
nevermind as a prefect myself
i should understand my fellow friends who are also prefects
they are just doing their duty
so let them check
something unpleasant happened
they found a mineral bottle(which is consider illegal stuff in my school) in my friend,A (classmate, student)'s drawer
in this case, he need to pay RM2 as punishment fund
the problem is that the bottle doesn't belong to him!
(the classroom we are using currently is not our own classroom. we were asked to move to this class since yesterday. so, the bottle most probably belonged to the upper sixers)
however, he paid. that pathetic RM2
as a bidarian, i was seriously not convinced
so, argue. stand for our rights!
"that bottle most probably left by upper sixers"
"yea, last time he did bring mineral water bottle to school, but not this brand larh"
"if the bottle belongs to us, we'll admit, but it is not ours, how to admit?!"
class monitor helped to defend too
what so ever, we lose to the school rules
"according to the school rules, the bottle(or other illegal stuff) that happened to be at your place means it belongs to you"
whatelse can we do huh?the advice they gave
"if it is not yours, throw it in the dustbin"
to me the lost is not only RM2
what has been deprived is justice and our class's reputation!
we are 18.
of course we are mature enough to take up resposibility.
and if we ever make any mistakes/cause any troubles
no doubt that we are ready to face the music
but what if it isn't our fault?
why do we have to bear the punishment?
i don't understand=(
although i know all the prefects who spotcheck my class
i don't expect them to give back the RM2 because they are my(bidarians as well) friends
i understand that they are just doing official stuff according to official principals
but their act were somehow too much!
or they were tied to the school rules...
they also didn't want that to happen...???
keadilan? hak asasi manusia(pelajar)?
very funny...less.. |
