不可以浪费，我们也煮给自己吃咯。

准备就绪，我搬小桌子琪琪那盘子。。上楼去。
她睡得像。。。呵呵。

Some students told me they don't like their elder sisters..

Birthdays that comes with surprise are fun.. but no surprise doesn't mean not fun right.. Anyway, my 2nd sis birthday was yesterday. Few days ago, she requested for SURPRISE. Ah?! Got people request for surprise one meh?

However, she's very considerate and gave us a HUGE hint. She wanted AMERICAN BREAKFAST.

BREAKFAST = SAVE BUDGET
She understands that I haven't get my salary yet. TxT

BREAKFAST = WAKE UP VERY EARLY
If I have stuff to do in the morning, I'll wake up early. If otherwise, I'll wake up whenever I wake up. ^^"

After much discussion with Chyi (3rd sis = twin sis), we decided to buy ingredients and prepare BREAKFAST. This is SURPRISE NO.1=D

Thank GOD!!!!!!!!!!! I heard the alarm clock rang. Usually I can't hear(or my brain shut it out lol).. Woke up at 6am to start the SURPRISE mission.

I cooked scramble eggs(learned from Chrystie, thank you girl.. one of the things I learnt in study group haha) while Chyi cooked ayamas sausages. I cut the potatoes into tiny slices and Chyi turned them into french fries.

Lil bit of oil left.. How ah? No wasting, we cooked for ourselves too. When everything prepared.. I carried a small table and Chyi hold the dishes.. upstairs we went. 2nd sis slept like a... Lol.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, HAPPY....." woke up by birthday song is a very happy thing <3 Her eyes half opened, smiled..

今天是平安夜了！祝大家平安！=）

冬至过了两天~每年都很享受制作汤圆。。虽然只有妈妈，三姐和我搓。
其他人几年帮一下啦==

去年的很恐怖！因为我们不甘每年都一样。。
不是很记得了，好像是在汤圆里加M&M。。结果漏出来 O_O

结果不难想象吧？整煲清澈见底的汤变成深褐色！
巧克力味太太太太浓了！

呵呵今年?“开始有卖相了。”帮忙吃的二姐给的意见。
好哇！嗬嗬，里头当然有秘密！^^

对啦，妈妈向安娣们学的。

就是把汤圆滚了一次后，过冷水。这样汤圆就不会年在一团（个人觉得这步骤没什么作用~）。
然后才煮汤。嘿要怎样把汤煮得有点辣辣又有点甜甜呢？

3块姜（切片） +1 汤匙（舀汤的那种）冰糖 + 1片片糖

哎呀不谈食谱啦。门外汉在班门弄斧！不好意思呐><
我喜欢搓汤圆因为过程很好玩！成果也是！我当然喜欢吃啦=D

因为汤圆好吃？不是啦。其实汤圆没有味道的~（除非你加馅料进去啦）
是汤有味道罢了。

这样的话，为什么我喜欢吃汤圆呢？
我就是喜欢吃啦 =]

It's Christmas eve! Peace!=)

"Tong Yuen" festival has passed for 2 days. actually, I don't what this festival called in eng.
To make things easier, I called it by its food. >P

And yea, I really enjoy making tong yuen every year.. though only mom, twin sis and me.
others help out once in a blue moon.

Last year's was horrible. Haha. 'cause we tried NEW flavour.. can't really remember, but i think we added M&M into every tong yuen.. and it leaked. O_O

not hard to imagine the ending right? the whole pot of crystal-clear-soup became dark brown colour. TOO choco-ish!

this year? "starting to have the sellable look." That's what my second sis commented.
Great! hehe... of course there's some secret recipe in it! *winkz*

yeapz, mom learned a bit of tips from the aunties.

basically need to soak the tong yuens in cold water after boiling them for the first round.
then only prepare the soup.. so how to make the soup taste hot and sweet at the same time?

add 3 pieces of sliced ginger, one spoonful of cyrstal sugar and one pieces of brown sugar..
(other than the amount of brown sugar was told, the messurement of ginger and crystal sugar was figured out by twin sis and i.lol.)

enough of the recipe part.. i enjoy making tong yuens because of the process and the results*grins* no doubt i love to eat!

because tong yuens are delicious? not really. they are TASTELESS (unless you add fillings into them).
it's the soup that got taste.

so why ar? it's just me lah=]

if u can't celebrate with family,

[ oh, my sis's friend gave her some mooncakes yesterday...]
[ well, this is a festival to remember a patriotic poet from China, called "Qu Yuen"...
  and our family didn't really bother...
  but i got to study about him in my chinese subject,
  so already consider "remember and respect" him ]

it's quite normal to sleep during chinese new year (first day)
cause so many tv programmes
and catching up withlong-time-no-see's cousins...
but do people stay up whole night for mooncake festival?

yeap, i'm...the first one ;)

well, don't simply guess lar...

cause that day we just finished our exams
with tired body and mind
i need some REST
and time to online :P

met her last year
but this year got to know her better
she likes craftwork
[ yea, i get closer with friends that have same interest..
  that's how i had my first primary school best friend ]
so i was thinking of giving her some DIY stuff

last week
i had the idea of how to do the birthday card
the super chun type of card that can make her touched!
but her artwork is so "geng"
so i have to think and think and think
[ actually i wanted to make a card and let the whole class sign...
  but i procastinate a lot.. ]

finally holidays(short one) is coming
so i have to work on it
if not i'll keep on procastinate
and the idea will end up in nowhere
